Those would suck *** where frost or ice builds up on the headlight. At least with halogens (maybe hids too) they warm up enough to melt or loosen ice.

led's give off no heat.

I am so glad I built my headlights and didn't do just leds or hids. I get pissed off because people install these lights. Especially hids that aren't designed for a reflective housing. They're design to be projected.

Good quality leds give off heat look up baja designs light bars and led accessories

Never said I couldn't afford anything just didn't want to spend 1k for oems. Never said I had these bulbs either

My neighbor just put these in his f150. They are pretty bright... I can always tell when he gets home because his lights hit our livingroom window. He said they are more intense but the light doesn't travel as far. He also put some yellow led fogs in which he says work great.

I have 400 bucks in my build. I built them myself though. Didn't do anything crazy with my headlights. Projectors can be done for very cheap if you do them yourself. I've found oem projectors for as cheap as 500 without the ballasts and bulbs.
