Default Oil Life

I just picked up my 09 f150 last Friday and the change oil light came on Saturday. It says that I only have 4% oil life left. It only has 350 miles on it, lol. Any help as to why this is happening? thanks guys

I use to work at a ford electronics plant, and the test equipment they use go threw everything to make sure the cluster is working properly, including any warning messages that should pop up, the test equipment might have not reset the cluster, you never know, just a guess.

Hit the reset, fixed prob. the dealer said it will come on every 3 months or 7,500 miles. So I guess it went off cause of the 3 month thing, it was built 10/24/08 so maybe thats why. Thanks for all the help.

350 miles is a little soon but I usually change the first oil through a new engine at 1000 miles anyway. Get's all the stuff left behind by the manufacturing process out of there. Then start regular oil change intervials. Just a thought.
