Default Oil Filter recommendation...?...2013 5.0L
Its time for me to do "my" first oil change on my 2013 F150, It currently has a blue filter on it ( no name ...from the dealer I got it at no doubt) and I was wondering if there are any specific oil filters that make the 5.0 shine any better than it already does? I used the Motorcraft filters and occasionally the KN filters on my 04-5.4L

Just stick with a Motorcraft filter unless you plain on using one of those 25,000 mile oil change oils.

I've always used Mobil 1, with Mobil 1 full synthetic.

I prefer wix or Napa gold both are the same and of very high quality.
