Default OEM Touch screen install

So I found some OEM screens on ebay for 200$. How hard would it be to install the screen and get it working?

I currently have this dash:

What all would I need? Screen, new dash bezel, wiring harness, update?

Thanks

If you vehicle is not equipped with the proper interface it won't work without spending a lot of $$. There is a gentleman on here who custom builds bezels for apple and android tablet applications. Very much plug-n-play. I don't have one but his work is posted and it looks amazing.

Sorry to burst ur bubble man but even if you got it in there, im 93% positive that even with dealer equipment we cant program this to work without replacing modules and connectors and who knows what else.
