Default Productivity Screen Frozen!

Hey guys, I noticed after driving a short distance today that my productivity screen in my 2011 XLT was stuck on part of the "Built Ford Tough" clip that plays every time we start our truck. I tried shutting off and restarting the truck and its still stuck on that part. Any ideas? I don't wanna take it to the dealer for something stupid like this. And I won't be taking it to the dealer anyways if the mileage is also stuck on 10k!

unhook and re-hook the battery? That's what I would do, seems easiest and it's free.

Does this reset the learning system on the transmission in any way? I used to kinda have the rough 3-1 shift but after having it "reflashed" by the dealer and driving 5k miles, it's as smooth as ever. I don't wanna start that process over!

I would look for the fuse that powers up the dash lights and pull it ,wait 10 seconds, reinstall fuse then it should reset.

Well I did all of the above and no dice. The dash screen was still frozen. I took it to the dealer today and they said that they had never seen that problem before and they tried a couple troubleshooting things but ultimately decided that they were going to order a new cluster.

So I won't get my truck back until Tuesday :/

By any chance was their a resolution to the productivity screen being frozen? My screen is stuck on the "built ford tough" screen now as well.

Anyone found a resolution to this?
Mine froze on the Built Ford Tough splash startup screen. I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes and no joy.
I have a 2011 F150 Lariat
Thanks

I have the same issue with my 2012 FX4. What's the solution?
