Default Noisy Heater Fan

My 2011 heater fan has become noisy when outside temps. drop.
It quiets down after running for awhile. Is it an easy replacement job?

thanks, Jack
A little further reading indicates it may the 'blend door motor'.
The noise is in behind the radio/console. Any suggestions appreciated.
