No. *Not specifically for the F-150.
Could try doing some mod'/fab'ing of a Crown Victoria engine cover, though it's throttle body's intake is oriented towards the LH side of the engine and the front of the cover slides onto 2 tabs on a bracket that's mounted to the coolant cross-over .....
