Already voted "out" but I'll restate that I shop for tires offered with black sidewalls (BSW) rather than raised white letter (RWL). Oddly, tire mfrs continue with limited (if any) BSW sizes, thus forcing consumers to buy those with RWL leading to argumentative polls such as this.

I'll admit when I'm wrong, and I'll agree with you, not on the lazy part lol, I just never scrub them cause I personally don't like the white out on my truck. I do wash my truck pretty much once a week though and wax it once a month. Kinda a freak when it comes to that.

As an old school guy I always opted for the letters out even to the point of painting the lettering on some of my tires. As of 2 days ago the new tires went on black side out and I must say I won't miss the chore keeping them clean and bright.
