If it is a plated hex (such as NGK) no anti seize is recommended.
As far as gap, not sure.

Mine are at .028 and runs great and allows a longer time between regaps. I recommend a little bit of antiseize reguardless of what the plug mafg. says, only because ford's are notorious for seized plugs. When I took mine out again only after a few thousand miles, they unscrewed with the squealing noise of dry metal on metal. Last thing you want it to break something off or somehow pull out the Helicoil in the head. That's my $0.02

They come pre-gapped at about .032 and as long as you have a gauge to check them, that is more than fine for a stock EB. If you are tuned, that's when you start stepping down the gap just a bit.

58k no issues... Just want to replace them as its cheap maintenence...

No, as the threads are already coated to prevent seizing. Use of anti seize has led to over torquing. It doesn't take much more than snugging @ 11 lb/ft.
