I went with the 5.0. Consumer reports had the turbo 6 reliability rating slightly lower. Especially looking at the past 10 year history. I think it is getting better and more reliable but I wanted the engine that had plenty of proven history. The downfall is that the 5.0 is a lower tow rating.

Default Toyo R/T

I just replaced my Toyo AT's with 33/12.50 18 Toyo R/T's. Added Tuff Country 2" level kit and 18x9 Raceline Assault wheels.

Misplaced into wrong thread.

Personally I am not a fan of lift kits. Changing the center balance to tip over ratio just doesn't make sense. But that's my opinion. If you are nervous about getting stuck throw 6-8 sand tubes over the drive axle and drive conservatively...not like a 20-something kid with a new toy. A good brush guard/bumper combo an winch will pull you out of most anything.

For tires I ran 17" Hankook on my 2011 standard cab and 16" General Grabbers on my 2002 Supercrew. Both are light truck/SUV tires and great on wet roads. I rarely go off road and in central AZ we don't get much mud or snow.

BF Goodrich makes some great all terrain 32, 33 & 35 tires...but with any aggressive tread tires you get a lot of noise. I sold a LOT of these in Virginia to guys who did a bunch of off road playing and heard the same thing over and over....they are great in mud, rain and snow but really suck on slick roads. I recommend you talk to others who you meet running something similar and get their opinion. I've been to western WA (I drive truck for a living) and many areas up that way have snow tire or studded tire laws in winter.

Word of caution though, if you change tire size it very likely you will need the speedometer recalibrated. Especially if the truck came with 20" wheels and you want to go to 18".....with some exceptions. Putting a high profile 32, 33, etc. on an 18" wheel would only effect 2-3 mph difference. Find a good custom tire and wheel shop in your area that has done such conversions before. There is a formula for swapping out sizes with minimal to no effect on speedometer variances. I been out of the business too long and cannot remember it.

Default Truck pulling to left

I recently had A 1 1/2 inch moto fab leveling kit put on my 2015 f150..
It now pulls slightly to the left when steering wheel is straight while normal driving
It only has 8k miles on it...tire pressure is fine. I have taken it to 3 reputable places for alignment and they all say the alignment is all in the green and fine

What should I do now?
..

Did you get an alignment after the installation? Any time suspension is modified, you need to have an alignment done.

Sounds like they just put it on the rack and didn't check the steering wheel. I'd go back.

Why do you go to a place where the only interaction is reading and writing, but you don't bother to read anything?

Hello ..Well i put on a rough country level.lift 2.5" front and added 1" to the back on my 08 F150 xlt just to make the truck nice and straight along with a bit bigger tires. Was gonna put on 35" tires but i would have had to remove my front mud flaps which are kinda thick so there wouldnt be any rubbing during u-turns or sharp turns so i just put on 33"x12.5" with lots of room to spare.Never had to cut anything fit on real nice and was a good choice for a good price (level lift $299 & Install $219) thanks

I am am kind of in the same boat. I have a stock 2016 2WD F 150 with 17 inch wheels and 240 70/ 17 tires. I am getting ready to put on 295 70/17 on wheels that have an offset of 18. I measured the stock tire and it is about 29.5 inches tall. The new tires are 33.3 inches tall going on the same size wheel with just a higher offset. I can't see how the additional 3.5 to 4 inches wouldn't fit without a level. Is this accurate? I don't want to have to level if I don't have to...

Has anyone else done this?
