wonder why it is some dealers will replace it and others not, there should be some form of a standard here if its a known issue. now my slider wont close all the way leaves a 1/8th inch gap open.

I heard if there is a tsb they will fix it for free even of you warranty is up anyone else here about this ?

A recall would be free after warranty but a TSB will cost you.
