New headlights
Trying to decide on new lights. Mine has(er had) the basic reflector type, which look tacky. I hit a deer yesterday which blew out the passenger light. So I looked at two different brands, Spyder and ANZO.
Spyder
PRO-YD-FF15009-HL-BK
Anzo
ANZO G2 CCFL Halo Projector Headlights
Are the ANZO worth the extra $100 or so?
Either one would look better than this.

I't get the spyder lights because you can change out the projector in them for a better one.

Where would you get a better projector?

Beer, Boats, and Trucks.
I'm abut to get those Spyder's (but the chrome version) to do exactly what tuxedo said.
The Retrofit Source is a great place.

I decided on the Anzo lights. Got them from Stage 3, and they arrived today. Real easy install, other than having to pound up the fender where it bent from the deer hit. They light up the road ok, but could be a bit brighter, maybe some LED's in place of the halogens. The high beams will take some getting used to, they are sharply focused. Whats funny is the LED's are just as bright as the halogens.
They are prewired so the CCRL light up with the parking lights, and are easy to tie into a key on power to make them DRL. They are connected to the parking light bulb connector. To wire them for DRL, just disconnect the two leads coming out the back, and hard wire them in.
Now to get the truck fixed so it looks good again, and the right light lines up better.

Please dont put led's (or hid's for that matter) in a halogen projector. Theyre not designed for it, will scatter the light everywhere, and probably blind the **** out of others.

Actually, the light output is the same as the stock headlights. With wet roads the light blends in with the pavement with both the stock and these new ones. The highbeams though really light up the road nicely, something I was not expecting. The MKT I had used HID's and they weren't much better than these, the only difference was the color of the light didn't blend into the road like halogens do.
