I think the flaps are huskey..
Any yes it does...it has the westin vents that also let some air flow...
I dont see how its gonna effect it?
How will i even know?

You might not notice too much but if the intercooler is not able to cool the charge air into the intake from the turbos, you'll have all kinds of fuel mapping issues, possible boost spikes and drop offs, etc. Basically, cut that bish up before you start noticing power loss. By that time, it might be too late and you could do some damage that Ford wont cover due to you installing an aftermarket accessory.
The likelyhood that you'll cause serious damage is slim but if you have excessive heat-soak on the turbo's, you could be doing damage that you dont notice immediately... you truck will. I had this happen when a cardboard box partially blocked the intercooler on my 1995 Eagle Talon TSi on a 1300 mile road trip. I ended up cooking the shaft seals on the turbo due to excessive heat.

Grats man. I think you Bullbar will be OK since plenty of air will still make it thru the opening but keep an eye on it just in case. I would have gone with black BB to match the other black bars but still looks rockin! Enjoy!
