Default Auto dim mirror wiring

Does anyone know if the wiring is there for an auto dim mirror in our trucks? I have a '13 f150 Stx. I got the mirror with a good portion of wiring. If the wiring isn't there, is there a keyed power anywhere and also need a headlight signal for it.

the headlights have nothing to do with the mirror...all it needs is the power for it..there is an optical sensor in the mirror so when it senses light it dims

Might be something behind the back seats. I know the plug for the rear defrost window is there. But I'm not sure if the auto dim rearview is there. I know it's not in headliner at least on my 2010 ... I've checked

The sensor for both the dimming rearview mirror and side mirrors is contained in the rearview mirror.

If you want to see it in action wait until it's somewhat dark/cloudy outside and shine a flashlight into the rearview mirror. It's kind of hard to notice the rearview dim, but you'll definitely see the driver side mirror turn dark.

Should be only 3 wires to connect, no idea if the harness in the headliner has a connection but it's easy to run your own, you want a hot with ignition on, a ground, and a wire hooked to your back up light circuit so it don't dim out while your backing up.
