Need some recs on good speakers to replace stock

I'm looking adding some of the infinitys to my truck, and wondering how hard it would be to install one of these Alpine power packs and how much of an increase in volume I'd see. Looks like it has line in, so is this thing small enough to fit behind the stock HU or somewhere in the dash? Is there room back there? I've done a lot of HU installs over the years so I'm thinking this would be pretty easy for me - I don't want to deal with running power/rca cables all over the truck. Would be much easier to just install this behind the dash.
Edit: Nevermind. Looks like this has been done a lot and discussed. Searching for the particular thread right now so ignore my derail.

Beside adding power, AMPS big advantage is attenuating the signal sent to speakers. You do not want high frequencies sent to sub-woofers and vice versa...low frequencies sent to your tweeters. A good amp will have adjustments to attenuate the frequencies that each speaker will work off of...

$300+ for direct replacement? That is a whole new level of waste. You should really think about things before posting. Now, if you're going to put a good amp with those speakers, and more than likely replace the head unit, then yes that would be a good suggestion. But that isn't what the OP was asking for.
lmao!
