Default Need some help with drivers seat belt /seat panel removal

I really feel ridiculous having to ask for help on this... I recently installed a system and headrest tvs in the truck and had to remove all the seats to do so. The only seatbelt that I didnt remove was on the drivers seat because it just wasnt necessary. Apparently I spun the seat the wrong direction putting it back in so now the seat belt is twisted at the seat. I tried removing the panel to access the torx bolt but had no luck without feeling like I was gonna break the seat panel. Removing the seat again is my only other option but with the wiring to the headrests being mummified (wrapped in electrical tape like oem, then covered and secured with split loom) thats gonna be a real pita! Any tips on removing the seat belt at the seat would be greatly appreciated!
The seat is all power except for seat back reclining.

Is the airbag in the same panel you're talking about? I would be afraid to fool around with that area.

No air bags in the bottom of the seat.. That'd be like an ejector seat.
Anyone been able to get to the torx bolt on the drivers seat??
