2009 F150 Exhaust Info
I have a 2009 F150
Just looking for some specs (stock muffler length)
Pipe sizes etc
Truck is gone for a few days so I cannot just go out and measure
Would like to order a muffler online today but I also need to know the stock length so I can order some pipe to make up for shorter muffler.....
What do you guys have on your F150's for mufflers...
Any clips etc would be awesome! Would like to compare....
Thanks in advance!

I am going with an 11" body Magnaflow Muffler and I am going to pick up 24" of extra pipe for install to be safe so I have enough...

Bye F150, hello F250
Not sure the lengths required, but by a few pipes, make sure you can return uncut pieces.
I went with a Boral kit- catback, muffler, dual rolled tips. Most manufacturers will have exact lengths for what you ask for. Muffler shops will cut as required.

My truck is a 2010. I believe the stock pipe is 23/4 or 2/78. I went with a flow master 40 series original single 3" in dual out 2.5". Go to general discussions, look for New Exhaust 2010 tell me what you think. I have two clips posted exterior and inside cab.

I just went out and measured the stock exhaust from my '10, and it's 2 3/4" OD on both sides of the muffler. The muffler itself is 31" end to end, offset inlet/outlet with the in/out on the same side.
