And I'm not sure why they swell. I noticed last time I took them off one was cracked a little, now many of them are swollen to the point that the wrench doesn't fit around them anymore. (not sure what I'm going to do to get them off, but I know I need the new lugs first)
They swell due to oxidation and salt under the caps. Two dissimilar metals causing corrosion. And when shops use impact guna on them they deform even worse. Just use a larger socket to get them off. May have to use a punch to hammer it out of the socket.

Figured id update everybody with what I chose, but after reading reviews on a lot of sites and hearing what people had to say here, I decided with the Pro Comps. They are a good bit cheaper then others. The only complaints I've seen anywhere is "I got the wrong product" nobody had anything bad to say about the quality. Only $48 from AutoAnything just makes it that much easier for me to pull the trigger

Thanks for your help everybody!

A few of my caps were loose. I bought 24 factory takeoff lugnuts on Ebay for about $60 shipped.

Everytime I find a marginal lugnut, I walk to my cabinet and get a replacement.

Alright, they came in and they look great. Was test fitting them and they seem wicked small... The threads fit but I almost feel like the new lugs would slide right through the holes in the OEM wheels. Anybody with experience in aftermarket lugs, is this a normal feeling? Like I tightened one down and it makes contact and stays secure but I'm wondering if there is enough contact there. I guess without that big apron like the OEM lugs have I'm nervous. Thanks for your input!

(sorry for the crappy picks, I'm using my Moto X this week. Usually have the wickedly awesome camera on my Lumia)

I went with the Gorilla Lugs when researching to replace my split originals... They ain't cheap, but I think they're worth it.
