Default Need help making a buying decision!!!

Currently I have a 2014 Lariat 5.0 RWD with 19k miles but we have realized we need a 4WD since we will be traveling to Georgia very often.
I have looked at a couple of fx4s but since we are looking at cars it seems like a good chance to get a KIng Ranch since that's what we have always wanted.
We actually found a 2013 5.0 4WD with less than $30k in it. Is this a good buy? See the sticker below.

$30k in it?, what is mileage?, one owner?, dealer or private owner? Condition? Clean service history with Ford? Car Fax? Warranty? Asking Price? Can your mechanic check? These are a few of the things I would review and in doing so should tell you if its a good buy. Good luck!

Sorry about that I had a line stating all of that but apparently i deleted it somehow.

$38,000 price
29,000 miles
One owner
Good carfax
Not sure about warranty
Very clean condition for what I have seen online in pictures and videos.
The dealer selling it is like 5 hours away from my house so I'm trying to see if it's worth making the drive with the given details.

Thanks

Here's my thinking.....

Why buy a truck with 2 years of the factory warranty burned for $38,000, when you can get a brand new 4x4 for right about the same price in an FX4 ??

My appearance packaged '13 EcoBoost S-crew 4x4 was sold for $39K.....brand new. So my thinking is, you're gettin what exactly ??? A nicer leather, sure.....
Is that just about it thou ?

Keep in mind the Eco was about $1100 of an option, plus the $2200 for the Appearance package, and this truck still sold new for about that price. Just seems foolish to lose 2 years of warranty and 2 years of use and abuse for the same price no ?? Tires life span halfway gone, brakes halfway done with before needing service, plugs etc.

Just things for you to strongly consider.
You can score a King Ranch leather seated interior cheaper afterwards IMO.

Buy what you WANT. Life is short and therefore be happy.

But what does driving to Georgia have to do with need?
I think they have paved roads.

Heck I think I could drive to Ga in most any car. Just sayin...
