Two issues. I've have read the tsbs and other posts but there is not straight answer. The first issue is. When turning the wheel sharp there is a popping noise. I just Moog lower ball joints replaced 300 miles ago. And it's still there. Now another shop called extreme performance said they have had many trucks with the same issue. And it the cv axles sliding in and out because these trucks turn on a dime. So the popping noise is them binding on the splines. Is this true.

Second issue is the intermittent click when going to reverse or drive in first gear from the drive shaft or tranny or rear end. I still think it's the junky single all aluminum one piece driveshaft. I haven't found what exactly it is. Please help is damn annoying

Issue 1 - It's probably the bump stop / steering limiter being hit.

Issue 2 - It's the driveshaft slip yoke. Needs lub'ing. *common issue.

More than likely all of this has been accentuated by the lift and wheel offset.
