I will be doing this in about an hour when I get home. The wife is going to be pissed when she finds out I "unstuffed" her pillow!

Where did you get your box from? And what subs are you running?

I bought everything from sonixelctronics.com because they have the best price I've found yet. But I got a custom box from a local place. I'm running two kicker cvt 102s with a kenwood 1000w rms at one ohm. It's not at loud as my w7 but it's a good upgrade

You might want to consider this option first

But for $100 More you can get two tens, high quality amp and a box. Or even around $250 for one amp one sub and one box. lets face it guys this fake little subwoofer that belongs under a computer desk is not going to cut it for most people that like quality bass.

Well said. No matter what you do it's still an 8" sub. And a crappy one at that...I have an Alpine type r 12 shallow laying around from my old truck. Debating on whether to try the dual 12"s box from supercrewsound and get another one (they are stupid expensive) or sell it and get two 10"s instead. I already have two amps waiting to go in as well.

Alright well i installed all the stuff yesterday and i really like the set up so far. But it is still not as loud as my one W6 12" that was ported. Then again no matter how many subs you put in a seal box it will never be as loud as a ported box. I dont know what subs you have had in a truck before but these two tens are very very very clean sounding, they hit hard and deep. I would really go for these kickers if you need a sub. Now as for the line level, this was what i spend the most time looking into. What i found out to be the best and trouble free way to get your line level input along with your remote turn you is to use the Kenwood KAC-9105D because all you have to do is wire in one door speaker and it will turn the amp on and be the line level input. This seemed to be the only way to have a clean install without buying different converters and losing your bass when you turn the volume up. Now for the bass and treble control, i think the factory nav controls are just fine for controlling the amp. But some people might want more control.

I found the best place to put the amp out of sight is behind the rear passenger side seat. It is a perfect place for an amp that no one will ever see.
