Check the fuse panel? Have you wired anything aftermarket into your truck?

Do you have the big MFT screen? Its probably just the SYNC rebooting the system. My MFT screen went black for about 10 mins only 1hour after buying the truck. Everyonce in a while it does this to reboot itself. Wish there was some sort of warning for it.

This happened to my radio recently. New one from the Ford dealer was $650.00. The service advisor gave me the name of a place in New York where they send all their OEM radios for repair. United Radio in Syracuse, NY. I called them and they e-mailed me a pre-paid shipping label so I packed it up and sent it in. $150.00 repairs anything so they did the work and sent it back 2nd day FedEx.

I talked to the technician who fixed it and said they ran it through their wave soldering machine due to multiple cold solder joints. He stated that this is a common problem with this radio.
