Could have been much worse with just a millisecond more time. Lucky for you that you were later or she was not a little slower. Damage would have been much more substantial.

How bout the other way around? Like when you're approaching a side street. And someone is at the end to pull out. You DON'T turn on your signal, because you're NOT going down that street. You're going straight. And they pull out like you were going to turn! Then flip you off like you're in the wrong! That happened to me all the time back in Mass.

Sorry to see that. But glad all is well for you and the other person. I'm sure you have seen the worst side of wrecks. People as a whole just seem to not drive well now days. And so many men seem to think women drivers are bad. I have had just over accident free and safety miles when I drove 18 wheeler. Being a long distance driver I have seen a plenty of accidents in every state. And there sure were a lot of men in them too.

Lol, I was on the flipside of that, How I almost died in 2010. My brother pulled out in front of a car that he saw way down the road, he thought she was going to turn (95% of cars turn at that intersection) but he went anyway even though he didn't have his signal on. Got railed at 55MPH, I was in the backseat. That was a rollercoaster ride from hell.

thats why i have a dash cam, to help protect me in those instances. stupid people that apearently didn't order the turn signal stick or don't know how to use it.

yeah I have seen people drive for miles with their turn signal on. I guess they never look at their dash. Yes, people are stupid. All day, everyday.

The real crappy part was I hadn't planned to do much but then had to run a last minute errand and was going to go back home but thought I would run by my station to check air in my tires. I stopped at the gas station for fuel then whammy!

The bitch, didn't even need air, all were good! Lol

You may be on to something with MA, drivers. Just yesterday on a wide open two lane road with me clearly being the only one coming, the person pulling out waited till the last second and then pulls out right in front of me. Then does 30 on a 45mph. I'm sure I was jerk in their mind tho.
