My Intro to F150Forum.com
Hey all,
I am new to the site so I wanted to say hello as well as get some opinions on a couple of things. By the way, this is my truck. Just put the Saleen 23" wheels with continental tires. Some suggest to lower it, but I don't think so. I am deployed over here in Belgium, so things are a little harder to get.
1. I was looking at bed liner companies, but couldn't find anything in my area. That is when I ran into a do it your self bed liner product called herculiner. Anyone heard of it?
2. I have decided to go magnaflow for the exhaust, but does the product that works on the 08 model work on the 09 as well.
3. Last question ( I promise!) Does anyone have any suggestions for tool boxes. I am looking for steel or alluminum to accent the wheels. I was thinking delta, but not sure which model.

I can't help you with any of your questions, but welcome to the site. Is that an XLT? What engine?
I love the look of the Step Side. Did you know it will not be offered next year?

I am looking at doing true duals for the new truck. There is no kit for it. You have to get it done at a local shop if you live near the Dallas area, Kinney's muffler shop can do it.

That is what I am looking at doing when I get the cash

Welcome to the F150 Forum! That's a pretty truck and I'll bet there are not too many of them around there in Belgium. Since you said "deployed", does that mean military? If so, thank you for serving our country!
What's it like driving that big truck around Belgium?

I didn't know they weren't going to offer the step-side next year. I wonder why. I love the look of it. I think I am going to give the herculiner a try. I don't think I can mess it up that much. I am deployed for the air force in Belgium right now. People over here stare sideways when I drive by. I have had a couple of offers equivalent to 60,000 dollars since they don't get them that easily, but I am not going to drive european!
