I dont have lift blocks. I i am aware that they cause axle warp. Its ok about the shouting. Its always just a matter of time when someone ruins a thread because they don't know how to be modest and tactful. Read the above entries before yours. Everyone else placed their opinions without seeming like a know it all. With that being said. Why don't you try that again. Leave a response that an adult would leave. Here, I will help you.

Hey guys, have you tried removing your lifting block? If your truck even has any. That would help reduce axle wrap.

I've seen a lot of the Titan guys use those with about a 90% success rate. Definetly worth a shot.

Hellwig also makes a full helper specifically for our trucks. They don't mention much on the shudder or axle wrap issue so who knows if it works. They do own a newer F150 so maybe they do. However, when I called them, the person I spoke to didn't really know much.

Keep up the testing!

I just wanted it to stand out. Because others read these threads too, and I don't think I've seen a discussion yet on axle wrap where someone mentioned the lift blocks.

I see in your signature you are a 4x2, so no blocks. Anyway, good luck.

I guess it all comes down to spring rates and where the bends put pressure, but wouldnt those helwig ones do the same exact thing as the ones from advance auto?
maybe I'm wrong and I am missing something, but they appear to be almost the same thing, just one has a big brand name and corresponding price.

I agree. However, the under spring helpers from advanced auto parts were only thirty bucks and only clamp on one point of the main spring pack. The other point slides back and forth along the front of the spring pack on a piece of plastic. See pictures. So far i love them and they do great. I just worry about the plastic eventually wearing out and grinding or the spring loosening over time due to how thin they are.

The Hellwig units are thicker and way longer. Moreover, they clamp down on both ends, so no rubbing or the need for plastic. Like I mentioned in mi original post. I will keep upgrading until I find a set up that works or i run out of money.

The hellwig units cost 100 dollars and are an upgrade to the advanced auto parts unit. I working my way up. I will keep you posted.

Ok cool budd. Yeah no blocks but, i tell you what, these cheap under springs and 3 inch wide clamps freaking work great man. Love them. If they fail, the hellwig units are next.
