Default My 2013 Console Storage Solution
Found a tool bag at Home Depot today and after a bit of modification, I think it fills the void quite well. Better than nothing, at least...

I like it. I am always trying to find better ways to store stuff in that center console. I didn't realize until a week after owning that it held hanging file folders. Now I just put some in, and use a different folder for each category of stuff I keep in my truck.
