I asked the dealer could they change it from 10 minutes to 15 minutes and they so no. Can't be done.

Then I was looking through the vehicle option settings using the little 4 directional buttons on the steering wheel and went into remote start and it had options for 0, 5, 10, 15 minutes and "off".

Also had a bunch of setting for what you wanted on when you remote start (hearted seats, defrost, etc).

I could have sworn I had looked for this stuff before and couldn't find it but it's all there under vehicle settings.

Sweet good to know....once mine comes in I will be playing with it as well. Just so I understand you can change what options turn on using your remote right from the control panel?? so I could use command start and have my heated seats come on in the winter or use command start in the summer and have my air come on...these are the type of setting you can play with?

The dealers are such douche bags. Once they sell you the truck, you are dead to them. Once they got their money off of you, you are of no use to them anymore. Well, they will help you out until you fill out the Ford survey with perfects across the boards and then the love for you will be gone.
