any suggestions for more white backup light? Different bulbs maybe?

I added LED bulbs and when that wasn't enough added LED back up lights under bumper.

They can be adjusted how you like, I didn't want to really see them and just wanted enough off to sides to see.

Got them off amazon for $40. They are 18w Cree 6 LED units.

Caveat, I just put them on last week so I still need how they hold up.

cool so these are actually under and pointed down at the ground?

Yes, I drilled a hole in the spring hanger bracket. There are several threads on here about doing them.

It was an easy project. I just grounded them and tied power into reverse positive. Is didn't need them to come on except for reverse.

SRM = lots of light - 2 LEDs per light
SRQ = TONS of light - 4 LEDs per light

Rigid's kit comes with a loomed, relayed harness with a 3 way switch (ON, OFF, AUTO) and it is pretty easy to install. The most difficult parts are cutting the firewall grommet and installing the switch. The rest is very straight forward.

I like this idea also, but I am leaning towards doing something much more simple that will run off of the backup lights, no switch install. Simple low volt LED's.

I would start with the LED in the stock lens. Super Cheap on Ebay and make a world of difference. I think I paid 3 bucks for two bulbs.
