Default need help with front bumper

Hello I am a new 2011 F-150 fx2 crew cab owner and I kind of have a weird question, before I bought my truck I measured my garage to make sure it would fit and today when I got it home it was about 1/4" to long to close the garage door, normally I would just park outside but I live in a condo and only have garage parking.
My question I was looking at the front bumper and there is a black piece that sticks out about 1/2" and I want to know if someone makes a slim piece to replace that and would give me the room I need thank you

never heard of a slimmer version, but you could just take it off to begin with, and see if you can trim it down?

There are no different size pieces as of yet that I'm aware of. Most people have removed them and put something else in their place (custom or just a plastic cover). I believe there are some wires in behind them, so be careful with whatever you attach through the bumper so you don't ruin some wiring.

That's going to be a tight fit even if you make it. Cutting out the drywall where the bumper lines up could get you another 3/8-1/2"

Instead of messing with the front, put on a rear roll pan instead of the rear bumper...easy 4" there.

Edit: if you have a factory hitch, that will have to go too.
