Default Minor shudder for the first time!!??

2011 FX2 ecoboost. I have 52k miles. Plugs changed at 40k and gapped correctly (can't remember gap number now) also air filter and oil change before trip. I never had a problem with it until yesterday. Driving from Michigan to Tennessee in rain for about 8 hours straight in mountains I felt a minor shudder for the first time. Going up a steep incline I pushed down on the accelerator a little hard, not fully down to the floor. I felt a little shudder. I let off pushed again and felt the shudder for the second time. On the third time it went away. It was minor no engine light came on but it did shudder. By the way truck is all stock. I am driving today from Tennessee to Miami Fl. it supposed to be rainy again today. If it happens again I will take it to the dealer (extended warranty). However if it doesn't happen again should I just let it go or take it to the dealer anyway? I will repost when I get to Miami with an update.

Have you had the most recent tsb done to counter the condensation buildup? Have you drilled a weep hole in your intercooler?

When I had the TSB done to ward off the condensation issue (which I experienced twice on the same long road trip), it felt like they took the turbos off the truck. The reprogram they did makes the truck feel really sluggish in normal driving...and the MPG went down. (Probably because now I have to give the gas pedal a harder push to get going...)

I have never experienced the shudder again - but I miss my turbos.

Quick update. Drove through Florida (I-95) with 4 hours of heavy downpour rain. No issues at all. It might have been a one time incident.
