Don't waste your money with a glass pack. It'll do nothing. Ask me how I know.

I'd put the factory resonator back on. That's what I did.

Having said that, I'm using the Dynomax VT muffler, which is specifically designed to eliminate drone. My truck is pretty much drone free. I get a little at around 2,000 RPM under light acceleration, but while cruising the truck is almost 100% drone free.

Yep, same with Borla. Both are top notch and don't produce drone.

Obviously the OP hasn't "Grown out" of it. It's all personal preference.. You can always take off an exhaust system quite easily. My step dad is in his 50s and still rocks a flow master exhaust on his f150. Kinda crazy how everyone has their own style isn't it? :o
