I have a 2011 FX4 with leather. When I sit in the seat, and either the truck is in motion, causing me to move, something in the drivers seat back makes a popping noise. Its kinda quiet, so when i bring it to the service center, they can never replicate it. It happens every time I drive, and the only short term solution is to adjust the lumbar either softer or harder, and it goes away for a while. Happens when hot or cold. Its very annoying, to me at least. Anyone else experience this and/or have a solution?

I'd recommend taking your tech on a test drive so you can recreate the circumstances that make the popping noise appear. How many miles are on your truck?
