Low speed noise...sounds like power steering

Yes.... the noise is gone when in 4x4 High and turning left to right at slow speeds in a parking lot. Back out to 2WD and it is back to growling when turning from left to right. I even felt it at a much higher speed also.
Next is a call to the dealer.

I had this happen to my 12 as well with 64k miles and cold weather. I replaced both of my 4x4 actuators and the growling went away. I think water had contaminated the grease in the actuators and cold weather froze it, making the actuator unable to fully retract from the hub.
I can still feel a slight hum or buzz through the steering wheel but I think it's due to my slightly aggressive LT all season tires. As a test, turn on your 4x4 and see if the noise goes away, that's what did it for me. If the noise is gone in 4x4 it's one or both of your actuators. They are relatively easy to replace, just be sure to disconnect your battery or pull the EPAS fuse before starting to avoid damaging the sensitive electronics in side.

Indeed, it is the actuator (driver side) causing the growling sound which I can feel through the steering wheel. I returned to the dealer with this information that you provided and they confirmed the same. Parts had to be order and both will be replaced tomorrow morning. Thanks!
