I totaled my 95 Escort back in 97 by hitting a chair that fell out of the pickup in front of me! It was not a nice experience! Hit it at 65mph, banned thing blew out my tires, deployed the airbags and jammed the steering, flipped three times, all because some lazy ******* did not use straps! He took off and I was stuck with the deductible and medical bills!

I did have a bug deflector on it, it did not help!

Holy Crap!!!!!!!!!! That really sucks but at least you can talk about it! I guess the deflector just wasn't up to par for that one. I tell ya these F'n idiots I see on the road sometimes probably have no insurance or license. I see some Pick ups with piles of wood pallets piled up about 15 high going down the interstate with a couple of strings holding them in place. Its like a giant Jenga puzzle waiting to collapse. The drivers look like they try to disguise themselves with real heavy window tint (another illegal app). Probably no insurance but definitely no brains for sure. Where's a cop when you need em!

Great idea. What did you use to mount it?

Small black tie wraps.

The bug screen I had on my 06 was a cleaner looking install because it didn't have the tranny cooler and horns and crap in front of the A/C condensor.

I see you have LED fogs. Did you need to put in a hyper flash harness for these?
