I ordered a set of pacesetters once. Sold them the day after I opened the package. I was not a fan of the quality whatsoever, the fact that the paint will peel off and the headers will rust, and the welds looked terrible/questionable. I ordered a set of Kook's the next day. Good headers are expensive, but they are worth it. For daily driver application, i'd strongly suggest saving up the coin and buying a set of stainless headers that will last like American Racing, Kooks, etc. You'll end up buying a set in 3 years once the pacesetters wear out anyways.

You must have had a bad set ive owned pacesetters on other cars before, and all my friends have them, they are good just require good prep before install

Any issues with header gaskets,leaks,etc.

If you get the header wrap wet it helps to make those tight bends, wear gloves if you do the black wrap.

Suscribed! Really interested to hear about the difference. I also have a '10 w/ 5.4L

Heat wrap does make a HUGE difference. I heat wrapped the headers on my Buell. If your not familiar with Buell Motorcycles, the header comes out of the engine and down right next to your right leg. Sucked really bad in traffic. Once I heat wrapped, I could barely feel the heat while sitting in traffic. Works just as good as ceramic coating IMO.

Wetting the wrap really good will make the installation easy. That coating you put on the headers will keep rust out of your future, if it was done right

Keep us updated! Mostly interested in how much of a pain install is
