i just ordered the pacesetter long tube headers for my 2010 5.4, hopefully they arent too much of a pain to install. i am planning to either wrap them, hi heat paint them , or both, suggestions? tips?

Wrapping is good if they are already coated. Just make sure you do it right and it will help increase power by keeping the heat in the exhaust it self.

i dnt think these are coated, the pic is that one but the model # is for armor coat ones

Yeah. You can use something from an autoparts store to coat the exhaust to begin with then wrap it then use their spray coating for the wrap itself. Wrapping can be good but it can be a huge PITA too.

Once installed keep us updated. I wonder if any modifying is needed to keep the cats. I want to be able to get my sticker too.
