Default Lockers

Has anybody installed a locker in your truck? Tell me what you have installed and the pros and cons of your particular install. I'm particularly interested in an electric locker for my truck. Thanks

Front or rear? I got the factory rear locker and would like the front to have a locker, but I fear it will cost me way too much...

The rear locker should be as simple as getting some minor electrical parts and either a complete rear end or just the specific components for the locker itself. Replacing the rear end would probably be easier.

Front lockers have been around a while. Pneumatic and electrical don't seem to be as popular as those like the "TrueTrac" style lockers.

I agree that a complete diff swap would be easier for most. But the Truetrac is not a locker. It's a limited slip and a pretty good one. Ran them fr/rr in my old jeep; never really worried about getting stuck.

I have the stock rear electric locker in mine and have had no issues with it.
