Line-x the undercarriage
Dont know if this is even possible.
Seems if it works on the top side to prevent corrosion it should would on the bottom.
Any thoughts?

Yes its possible. Some dealers sell undercoating when you buy the truck. It was part of the deal on mine. Basically just protects the wheel wells and wherever else they spray it.

My only concern would be if they get the bottom sealed pretty good and water somehow gets in , then water might now drain back out and be trapped causing a worse rust problem.

The only time I can think of seeing this done was was when the whole frame was separated from the cab (one of those tv shows where they did the frame)...

How would you ever get anything apart if you had to work on it? It would be a nightmare to do, around the exhaust, and spare tire, and whatever else.
Way overkill, just oil the snot out of your undercarriage.
