Suspension lifts are better for the truck but the added weight from bigger tires and wheels cause stress to the truck, nothing they can't handle but it is more than normal...assuming you aren't adding 40" tires are anything crazy. Leveling kit's change the angles on the front suspension and can cause premature wear on some parts while at the same time they take away some of the limits of the stock suspenson.

you can get a Brand new 2.5" leveling kit from the EBAY store for about $80.00 and still fit on 33" tires.

I would go with larger tires if I were you. For a 6" lift you really need 35s to make it look "right" and with 33s it would look rather small IMO. The larger tires wouldn't put too much stress on the truck and not's something I would worry about at all so I figure why not go bigger.

There is a BIG difference between a 6" suspension lift and a 3" leveling kit that's a broad spectrum you need to narrow down if you just want the front leveled or go for it and then research the different manufacturers for what you want. Depending on how much off roading you do I would stay away from the leveling kit it's more for asthetic's and pavement driving I went with skyjacker because it replaced the front with a new strut instead of a spacer with a AAL it's still level as you can pick between a 2" or 3" increase in the front. Just an idea for splitting the difference for what you want.
