Thanks for the install pics! I'm really digging the NFABs. My only worry is how do you find the step, for ease of getting your foot on/in the bars/loops to get into the truck? I know with my current stock bars, I use them to get in but don't use them when getting out. Lol. The OEM ones get slippery in winter too. I am concerned like the earlier poster said he has no problem with shoes but he wears a boot this time of year and found they didn't work well....another mentioned skateboard tape to increase the grip. Any feedback is appreciated. I know yours are brand new, so you'll be assessing the functionality of them. Thanks.

I had the Westin but converted to the AMP. I'd just give you the Westins if I could figure out how to ship them. They were fine. Could use some of that skateboard tape though.

Yeah...lol. A lot seem to need a bit more in the "grip" area.

Thanks for all the pics and replies guys! I have a SCAB with 6.5' bed. In your opinion, would step bars the cover just to the supercab look better (like the OEM step bars) or a set that go wheel to wheel? I like the look of wheel to wheel on SCREWs, but don't see any pics of those on a supercab.

Had the Nfabs due to price and also because of the lower profile look.

Ran them 2 years and did not like them as they were very slippery, the actual step was in an awkward position and the step was too small.

I have a size 11 boot and you could barely step on it with your whole foot unless your ankle was twisted weird and when getting out of truck you would miss the step or have to use your heel because of the weird position and smallness of he step.

I ended up using them getting in and not using them getting out. Wife and kids hated them.

I ended up with Amps and it's been the greatest addition! 600lbs capacity, plenty of room as it come down and away from truck, unlimited stepping area, can use it as a step to clean roof or windshield, etc.

I live in Va and we usually get a heavy wet snow and there has been two times that build up on the bottom front the front tires has prevented it from going all the way up. This is because of the safety software as it's pretty sensitive so I assume the extra weight of the build up made it think there was something in the way. Kicked it off and steps worked fine!

I did use gear grease on the motor gears when installing and I spray white lithium lube in the hinges every couple months but that is worth the convenience!
