I just got the K&N CAI and I'll be installing it on Saturday. Only 427 miles on the clock, so, I'll be modding her and post more pics as the weeks fly by.

I have never seen a XTR. Looks like a 4x4 and I like the tires on it. Is it a XLT? What motor ... what year model? Looks like a Cadillac of F-150's and I like it!

Ya i just purchased the truck a couple weeks ago. Its a 2011 "XLT" (model) with XTR "trim package" (I think its only available in Canada, basically it has 4x4 with sync and chrome package and a few other bells and whistles) I can post more pics if anybody wants.

I got it with the 5.0, 3:55 with the LT275/65R18 all terrain's from factory. The rims are 18" chrome. Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the chrome package, but i think it might be growing on me. I am probably going to plasti dip the rims just out of curiosity.

I have never seen a xtr posted here or any race reds for that matter. I love my truck and it hauls!!! As for it being a Cadillac it really does ride super smooth and no complaints thus far. Plenty of power on tap!!

I have been looking into the K&N CAI's as well. post up some pics and let me know how the install goes, and if their is a significant power increase!!

So, we have two other NICE-LOOKING race reds and 3 different variations. I'll bet there were very few produced in 2011 in this color. Get some more good pics of them up here. I'll take some this weekend with the K&N CAI installed. The Superchips tuner has a CAI setting, so, it should be a good compliment to the CAI.

I do know the RCSB's are not part of Ford's floor plan and not many were ordered in this color. I looked at several large volume dealerships and never did I EVER see any race red trucks in any model or trim.

Think we have the best color of all and really hope we get a few more in here and that we get some good upgrade/mod pics. Man, these 5.0's are strong. Haven't seen a ECO in this color ... hope they weigh in, as well. Two great motors for two somewhat different duties. Any 6.2L race reds out there?

Here is ours - Ecoboost race red, admittedly colour would not have been my first choice as it is a little "bright", but having said that it is growing on me as you just don't see too many out and about and it is nice to be a little different.

As you can see ours is primarily a tow vehicle to get over the rockies and back during the summer. Tows like a dream power just keeps coming even up the steepest grades.

I think this color looks really nice on your reg. cab. And the STX trim is really sweet in Race Red. Love your truck! Makes me want to wash mine (red candy). Yours is super CLEAN.

I just got my 2011 race red xlt last week and I love it! 2nd day with it went and had a magnaflow and turn down and took resonator off as well. Sounds real deep I love it! Many mods coming soon!
