Default Leveled to Lifted

Well - I guess I thought I was 18 again, so call it my mid-life crisis and pulled the trigger on a 6" lift.

Took some new pics now that the snow's finally gone here in Southern Ontario!

Here's my 2010 FX4 with Bilstein 5100's set to max in the front, 3" blocks in the rear (factory block removed), and longer Bilstein 5100's in the rear (designed for trucks with up to 2" of lift).

Tires are 35x12.50R18 KO2's on 18x9 +12 WORX rims. Had to do some trimming infront and behind the tire. Then when I added the heavy duty mud flaps, I cut 1/2" of metal off the bottom front edge of the fender.

Default Finally got rid of the silver, what do you think?

I hated the silver on my truck. My brother works at a body shop and we stripped it and sprayed it with a bed liner material. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out

the ugly silver that matched nothing ^^^^

The finished product. I couldn't be happier, it matches the matte black accents perfectly and will hopefully add some protection from the rocks that my tires kick up now. I have a camper on the back so it's sitting an inch or two low in this picture. Oh and the glare from the nerf bars makes it look a little odd

So how do you like the off road performance of the Bilstiens in the rear with the 3" blocks? I was just about to pull the trigger on them but then read on stage 3 that if doing more aggressive 4x4'n I'd be better off going with a shock made for the extra height of the 3" block. I know they would be better than the stockers with this set up though. I have the same exact set up as you as far as level/blocks

Nice looking truck. I really like those wheels. I want to put them on my white 2012 screw 4X4. What offset did you get?
