Stereo - door grills for speakers do these one pop off, as they look like seperate as they have a edge to them, I want to change all 4 to Infinity's I read the front one's pop off but wasn't sure about the back for the 2012 F150's.....iwant to save myself some coin and install them................

The speaker connecions are in plastic connectors. I removed those from the old speaker and with a litle modding, I installed them on the aftermarket speakers.

Door panel needs to come off. Easily done..... 2 screws on bottom of door panel. 1 screw in door pull handle, under plastic cover. 1 screw behind little plastic panel in door latch/opener. Once all 4 screws out, pull up a little and out. All switches are on connectors... let'em go and changing the speakers is a breeze.
