How hard was the cutting if the middle part cause I really like that grille. A lot more than the mesh ones everyone else has

Here is my setup so far. The rear will be getting the 1.5" lift next week. BTW there is a 300 lb payload in the rear and the truck is perfectly level. The front sits 1/4" lower than the front with no load.
Rough Country 2.5" front
275/65R20 Nitto Terra Grapplers
Ruffino Traxx 20"x9" +15mm offset Ruffino Traxx wheels
Zero rub with no trimming. Very happy so far.

Anyone using proryde adjustable 2-3" spacers on the front? Also for 250 ate they worth the money? I'm still stock susp. And plan on 20" wheels

It wasnt bad. I removed the whole grille from the truck. Then the black plastic from the painted grille shell. Put it on a saw horse and went to town with my reciprocating saw. I was nervous at first but once I got the new grille in I realized there is no way for anyone to see if its less than perfect cuts. Toughest part was getting the new one in and lined up to screw it to the original outside edges. Would recommend having a buddy help you do this part. It would have been a lot easier than doing it myself.

Do you happen to know which gears you have? I have almost the same truck but I have 3.31 gears and am reluctant to go above 33's

Treekiller IMO I wouldn't go above 33". My 07 has the 3.55 and 33's and is a slug. I can't even imagine 35's on that one let alone with a 3.31. I'm getting ready to do my 14 with 35's but that has the 3.73 and 5.0.
