I did on my last truck but +12 and my current truck is 34.6x12.50 and -12 with no problems. Just some trimming

I leveled mine by having new u-bolts made and removing the rear blocks. I did not want to raise the front. Sits level now.

This is my first post and first F150. Always drove Chevy, but decided to give Ford a try. Like it so far. Here's my 2013 5.0 with 2.5 RC level, 3" AS rear blocks and 35x12.50s. 15 mpg.

F150lifts coilover set at 3" and 3" block in rear with bilstein shocks in back.
