I have the 275/70/18 stuffed on the truck stock and they only have 6 k on them but when they wear down it will be 325s for sure

I think they have a .5" of coverage. They were on the truck when I bought it.

I was thinking about snatching up some egr oem style flares for this offset. Good investment ?

It'll definitely help! However for the cost of the flares and then getting them PTM, I would get some with a little more coverage unless you want the tire sticking out. I still get some dirt and mud on the side of the truck but not much.

I do! I've looked at some with about 1.5" of coverage as it would help with dirt but still stick out just a tad.
