I prefer not to acid dip mine as part of the cleaning process.

Hard to justify a hand wash when it's 30 degrees out.

I'm just giving you a hard time. It's been just chilly enough and just rainy enough to not wash mine lately. I would go nuts if it snowed here.

Haha all good! We've had so much rain lately I couldn't stand to let my nasty truck be seen around town or in the parking lot at work any longer!

Just be grateful you don't live in the snow. I wash mine and it is dirty again by the time I get home from the car wash. Nice to clean the salt and crud off every week though!

I agree. It takes a different breed to embrace sub zero temps. But we more than make up for it with 100 degree summers with 100% humidity. That is a much more truck wash conducive weather tho.

It's fiberglass, made by AIT - https://www.aitracing.com/Type-E-Sty...F150-2009-2013

I'll take our super hot and ridiculously humid summers any day of the week over salt corrosion! Don't get me wrong I enjoy the snow, but it doesn't hurt my feelings one bit to drive a couple of hours for it and only get in it a few times a year!
