Let's see those Black F150's
#2551
This is my baby, she's coming up on her 1st birthday now. The pics were taken on the day I picked her up at the dealership. I love this truck!
She was a replacement for a 2001 Ford Ranger Supercab (only had 55,000 miles) that was still in excellent shape, but was getting old. It blows my mind that my F150 with the 5.0L V8 gets better gas mileage than my 3.0L V6 Ranger did. If I'm driving with a strong tailwind, it'll get 30+mpg at 65mph, which is UNBELIEVABLE. 21mph at 60mph is a good average on the road, while my Ranger would maybe come close to 18mpg on a good day.
I've had a lot of adventures in my Ranger, and hope to match (or even top) them in my F150.
I only have 2 gripes. One is the center seat, which I really wish had a big storage center like the Dodge RAM. (If anyone knows of an aftermarket fix, please tell me!!) The other is that I didn't get a back-up camera, and this thing really needs one.

Talk to Moody Blue and have him do some red vinyl F-150 emblem inlays after painting or plast-dipping the emblems... mine are gloss black F-150 inside flat black emblems, I would add some pictures but you can't see the contrast unless you're actually looking at them. He's done all kinds of different colors and look sweet....

I've thought about that, but I heard moody is way too swamped nowadays. Its tempting because the way I do it is to take the badge off, paint it, lay it on a flat service and drip in some enamel paint with an eye dropper to get a perfect red surface. but if I go the inly route, I could leave them on the truck
I only paid $124 for the complete set.
I understand if you are on a budget, but really not too much coin to pay for the real deal.
