I don't know because I don't do retro fits

I'd love to own a set of stock projectors but they're so expensive to buy. I can build a top notch set of headlights for what id pay for a set of stock projector headlights

I traded my 85mm BBK throttle body for them since I didn't need it after I supercharged it.

If anyone is selling a set of black factory headlights with or without the equipment, and is willing to let them go for a decent price, I'm very interested, so let me know. Which brings me to my next question, whats the most cost effective way to get excellent light output for around or under 600 dollars?

If you do a retrofit yourself its definitely doable to have a descent setup for under 600. I am doing a cost friendly build for my first set and I am well under my budget on the headlights. I used h1 mini projectors in my build though beings it is much easier than having to cut the housing for a larger projector. I have around 400 in my build with about 12 hours of work into them. It is my first actual build though so I am learning. I've split many headlights and painted them before so that was the easy part. I have many friends that do retrofits for a living and they talked me through my build. Just takes a little patience to do them yourself.
