So Devil Dog, why did you ultimately change from the jesters to the deep dish chromes? Just wondering as I have been pondering the thought of black wheels on my silver Plat for a long time and now I'm bewildered on why you made the switch when your ride was so nice to begin with.

Honestly man, I started looking because the Jesters have become a very popular wheel around here now and I wanted to be different. There were 2 other silver 09 and up f150s with them. Another reason was I have wanted a big wide wheel since I decided I was gonna lift my truck but since I went level first I went with a 9" wide wheel and I just wanted more. I went with the polished aluminum because it was a substantial price increase to get them black. Plus now having them on the truck the polished looks better than I could have imagined against the ingot Silver. In person, it looks perfect. I had a buddy who wanted my jesters and so by replacing them I could sell them to my buddy and then the money I got would be able to go towards my new wheels. So that's what I ended up doing.

No worries man, hope that helped.

Another Eason is now, I am literally the only person around me on American forces. The response I get since they've gone on has been either Wow, or What are those? That's exactly what I wanted, to be different.

Get with Brian@TruckImage.com, they offer forum member discounts on their parts. Awesome people, I got my lift pretty quickly even though I had to wait for McGaughys to cut and powder coat it.
